I've woken up today to read all about the Grammys. I'm gobsmacked by some of the results and it seems that style over substance once again sways the judges votes. Who are the judges!?
More directly, the category of 'Best Remix Recording - Non-Classical' was won by David Guetta and DJ Afrojack. Well done guys. However, my vote would have definately gone to this epic production from Axwell & Dirty South, where they absolutely transformed The Temper Trap's 'Sweet Disposition' into a beautiful and euphoric example of dance music at its very best. If only they'd arrived at the ceremony in a plastic egg!
