It's a triple decker of guests on tonight's radio show.  First up I'm catching up with Rob Roar (Phonetic) to talk about the new We Are Phonetic night hitting London.  Then it's the turn of Hed Kandi's Phoebe d'Abo to talk about the Nu Disco compilation and how she's actually a real-life angel!  I'm finishing off the 3 hour Friday night session on FIRE by catching up with Ben Sowton from Seamless, as he launches a brilliant new album 'Best night ever...'.
